On December 4, 2019, Steve Philip received a call that would change his life forever. Steve's 34-year-old son, Jordan, had taken his own life.

In August 2020, Steve founded the internationally recognized non-profit organization, The Jordan Legacy. Steve is the co-author of the 'ground-breaking' report, "Moving Towards a Zero Suicide Society." As a TEDx Talk speaker, Steve has delivered talks to corporate organizations, charities, educational centers, the Police, Military, and other organizations & community groups in the UK and overseas, including policymakers in various UK Government departments.
